GDPR Rights

If you live in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation gives you a clear set of rights over your personal data. This page lists them and shows how to use them with Play Central.

Data controller

Right of access

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you. Send an email to support@goalquest2026.com with the subject "Access request". We reply within 30 days.

Right to correction

If any data we hold is wrong or out of date, you can ask us to fix it. Tell us the field and the correct value, and we update the record.

Right to deletion

You can ask us to erase your personal data ("right to be forgotten"). We delete it unless we must keep it for a legal reason, such as tax or fraud records.

Right to restrict processing

You can ask us to pause the use of your data while a complaint or correction is being reviewed. During that time we will only store the data.

Right to data portability

You can ask for your data in a structured, common format. We provide a CSV or JSON file you can send to another service.

Right to object

You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including direct marketing. After your request, we stop the related processing.

How to withdraw consent

Wherever we rely on your consent, you can take it back at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in our emails, turn off push notifications in your browser, or email support@goalquest2026.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already done.

Complaints

If you feel we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
